Asylum Commission

In the Commission for asylum shall be appointed :

- Jovo Puletic, graduate lawyer, assistant to the Chief of the Border Police in the Ministry of Interior;

2. As Members:

1) Mirjana Kecman, graduate lawyer, independent advisor to the Republican Secretariat for Legislation,

2) Slavica Stisovic, graduate lawyer, Senior Advisor to the Ministry of Justice and Public Administration,

3) Bojan Andjelkovic, graduate lawyer, Director of the Sector for General Affairs in the Company for telecommunications "Telekom Serbia ˮ joint-stock company,

4) Sc.D. Vladimir Djuric, graduate lawyer, research associate at the Institute for Comparative Law in Belgrade,

5) Nataša Gudović, graduate lawyer, Senior Advisor to the Ministry of Health,

6) Rade Drobac, graduate lawyer, Head of Department for Migration Policy, Diaspora and Social Arrangements in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs,

7) Jovan Cosic, graduate lawyer, Senior Advisor to the Ministry of Justice and Public Administration,

8) Asst. Prof. Sc.D. Ivana Krstic, graduate lawyer, Assistant Professor of the Faculty of Law, University of Belgrade.

DECISION
on establishing the list of safe countries of origin and safe third countries

1. This Decision determines the list of safe countries of origin and safe third countries.
List from paragraph 1 of this point is attached to this decision as an integral part.

2. This decision shall enter into force the day following its publication in the "Official Gazette of the Republic of Serbia".
