POMOZI IZBEGLICAMA

Da li voliš da pomažeš drugima u nevolji? Želiš da pružiš podršku ljudima koji beže od rata i nasilja, a koji su se na svom putu našli u Srbiji? Želiš da slobodno vreme koje imaš provedeš radeći nešto korisno i za sebe i za druge?

Centar za zaštitu i pomoć tražiocima azila (APC/CZA) poziva sve koji žele pruže direktnu podršku tražiocima azila i migrantima, doprinesu stvaranju tolerantnog i otvorenog društva i suzbijanju predrasuda i ksenofobije da se priključe mreži APC/CZA volontera.

Volonter može biti svako ko je punoletan, ima vremena i želje da pomogne ljudima u nevolji i nema predrasuda prema ljudima drugih nacija, vera ili rasa.

Public debate: "Asylum seekers in Banja Koviljaca - Challenges and Opportunities"

The Asylum Protection Center organized a public debate called "Asylum seekers in Banja Koviljaca - Challenges and Opportunities" in Banja Koviljaca on March 28th, 2014, as one of the final activities of the project "Improvement of the system of asylum protection in Serbia", financed by the European Union.

The purpose of the public debate was to gather actors of the asylum system at the local level, so that all together could emphasize important issues and problems of asylum in the local community and to have the opportunity to hear different views on the upcoming reforms of the asylum system.

The discussion was attended by the representatives of the Asylum Center, Police Station Loznica, City Council Loznica, Loznica Health Center, the Center for Social Work Loznica, as well as associations of citizens "Za Banju Koviljacu" and the associations "Iskra" and "Svetionik". Representatives of asylum seekers from Banja Koviljaca and persons who have been granted asylum in Serbia also participated in public debate.

Within the public debate, participants discussed about the role and future of the Asylum Centre in Banja Koviljaca, position of asylum seekers and safety in Banja Koviljaca and the upcoming amendments of the Law on Asylum and creation of a new Asylum Policy in Serbia.
